Most rentals require a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the home or vehicle and is set out in your rental agreement, along with how and when it is returned.

Change and cancellation terms depend on the property, vehicle and season, and are set out clearly in your rental agreement before you confirm. Our team will always do its best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Members and partners may receive a code that unlocks preferred benefits. Enter it in the Member code field on our Inquire page and it is applied when your booking is confirmed. If you arrived through a partner link, the code is filled in for you.

Yes. We offer short-term stays, furnished mid-term rentals for 30 days or more, and select long-term leases, so you can stay for a weekend, a season or longer.

Yes. Every home we offer meets strict standards for quality, design and service. Guests receive hotel-level service with the privacy of a private residence, with concierge support throughout the stay.

Events, filming and gatherings require our prior written approval and may involve additional terms. Let us know what you are planning when you send your request and we will match you with a suitable home.

Every driver must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license and carry full coverage insurance. We verify these details before each rental, and a security deposit and signed rental agreement are required.

Yes. Every vehicle is delivered and collected by our own team at your residence, hotel, airport or private terminal. We do not have a pickup counter. Delivery and collection are complimentary on rentals of five days or more.

Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance, which varies by vehicle and the length of your rental. Your allowance is shown in your quote and rental agreement.

Yes. You can choose to drive yourself or book a professional chauffeur for the day, an event or your entire stay.

Yes. Hotels, travel advisors, agents and concierges can book on behalf of their guests and every request is credited to them. Choose “For a guest” on our Inquire page and add your partner code.

Each partner receives a personal link with their code. When a client opens it, the code is saved for 60 days and applied automatically when they send a request, so the booking is always credited correctly.
